Credit Terms
Terms are strictly net 30 days from the end of the month of purchase.

Claims
No claims will be recognized unless the goods are first inspected by a representative of Queensland Forest Products and referenced to an invoice number. The claim must be presented in writing first.

Returned Product - May be subject to a restocking fee.

Prices - Due to volatility within the timber industry, prices and quotes are subject to change without notice.

Surcharges
Due to the cost of producing loose orders a surcharge representing 15% of the invoice value will be charged on loose orders that are cancelled.
